All new cell sites, including 4G cell sites, will require MPE certification
to ensure they meet the FCC rules and regulations regarding RF
emissions after the cell sites are on-air. The MPE certification will be
accomplished by the following methods depending on the site type:

- EME compliance services for all rooftop and free-standing towers
- Validation through theoretical calculation and field measurement testing
- Classify site into theoretical vs. testing for MPE certification
- Perform MPE calculation through Roofview software
- Conduct rooftop testing using Narda equipment
- Prepare EME report with recommendations
- If required, support in the mounting of signs
