NextGen is a telecom company specialized in providing consulting services to the Wireless industry in US and International. We provide
a range of services from the initial planning stage through post-deployment optimization including program management and fixed
network engineering. NextGen provides its clients with cost-effective, expert resources for all their network design, deployment and management
needs.

Omer Hassan is the Founder and CEO of NextGen Wireless Solutions.

Prior to founding NextGen, Mr. Hassan most recently served as the Director of
Engineering at WFI, where he was directly responsible for managing the Cingular
Wireless (now AT&T) account with a total of 120 engineers in 16 markets
nationwide.

Over the course of his service years at WFI, Mr. Hassan managed different
projects which, in addition to Cingular project, included: Metricom turn key
design & optimization - nationwide high speed data network. Nextel and Nextel
Partners design, otimization and performance nationwide. On the vendor side,
optimization and network performance for Ericsson, Lucent and Nortel.

Prior to WFI Mr. Hassan spent six years with LCC International where he served at different capacities as an expert in
the area of GSM and CDMA network design, optimization and performance, and also in the area of microwave backhaul
and fixed network design, customers included Nextel, Cingular Wireless California, and Electra Mexico.

Before joining LCC Mr. Hassan has been involved in the planning, deployment and operation of different transmission
systems including: Nationwide Satellite and microwave backhaul deployment in Sudan, and microwave link across the
Red sea between Sudan and Suadi Arabia.

Charlton Roxas is the Service Delivery Operations Manager of NextGen Wireless
Solutions (NextGen) overseeing all their FIT and Networks Optimization Testing
and Data Analysis.

Prior to NextGen, Mr. Roxas served as the Drive Testing Project Manager for
Global Technology Associates (GTA). During his employment with GTA, he
executed and managed different projects including: Sprint FIT Testing,
Multi-band Optimization and Network Performance; ALU/Nokia RF Testing
Project; Ericsson Network Optimization and FIT Testing; Verizon LTE Cluster
Optimization; AT&T In-building Performance Testing; T-Mobile Site Integration
and E911 Verification testing.

Prior to GTA, Mr. Roxas spent three years with TTS, Amirit, Sublime, and Mobilecom Solutions consulting companies
performing Drive Testing and Data Analysis, In-building Performance Testing and E911 Verification Testing.
