- Perform RF Site Audits/site build verification and RF system acceptance for proper antenna & equipment placement:

o Antenna separation and Isolation from other carriers
o Cabinet Placement, and Cable/Antenna Color Codes
- Define Clusters and select Cluster and System ATP routes
- Perform Integration/Shakedown testing, and Cluster Acceptance testing.

- Cluster/System Optimization Report including plots and performance statistics:
o RXLEV and RXQUAL statistics
